Since 2013, we have supported the L’Oréal Group in its communication strategy around the group’s diversity.

Objective: to editorialise a constantly evolving strategy, give top managers the floor to talk about this issue and the objectives, to showcase teams and their initiatives, to create a dialogue with stakeholders around the world.

Solution: the creation of a dedicated website, top management video interviews on diversity issues, creation of a space for dialogue on these issues with stakeholders.
